01 General Terms & Conditions

By using the 2777vet website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. No one may use the platform without accepting these terms.

2777vet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Continued use of the site after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration

To register at 2777vet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be correct.

One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, 2777vet may request identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

• Provide a valid mobile number during registration — it will be required for OTP verification.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.
• Keep your password safe — never share it with anyone.
• Accounts may not be rented out or transferred to another person.

03 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 2777vet come with specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions.

Rollover Requirements

Rollover means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 5x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳5,000 in total bets.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — you must complete one before claiming the next.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.50.
• In cases of promotion abuse, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

2777vet supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. Please read the following rules carefully before making any transaction.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Before withdrawing an amount that exceeds your total deposits, you must first make one withdrawal using the same method you deposited with.

05 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

2777vet reserves the right to accept or decline any bet. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.

• In Live Betting, a bet may be voided if circumstances change before the bet is confirmed.
• Any unusual betting patterns detected before a match begins will be investigated.
• In the event of any dispute regarding results, the decision of 2777vet management is final.

Accumulator Bet

In an accumulator bet, all selections must be correct to win. If any single event is voided, it will be removed and the remaining selections will determine the outcome.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2777vet platform. Any account found engaging in such activity will be closed immediately.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software or bots for betting.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming a bonus solely for the purpose of withdrawal.
• Depositing or sending funds from a third-party account.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 2777vet systems.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

2777vet management reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if a breach of these terms is suspected.

• The member concerned will be notified of the reason before their account is closed.
• Bonus balance may be forfeited if any terms are violated.
• The principal deposited amount (excluding bonuses) is generally refundable.
• Members may also request to close their own account at any time.
